Express Delivery
1) Available Products
Products in all categories, including Snacks, Food Essentials, Beauty & Household, Fresh & Frozen, Kitchen and Bakery are available in this service.
2) Delivery Time
Same day delivery cut off at 1pm every day, Custmer can leave the expected delivery time(Between 1-6pm) when you check out.
3) Delivery Charges

• We’ll inform you prior to our delivery.
• Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen reasons.
• For food safety reasons, someone must be present to receive the order. We do not redeliver your order after a failed first attempt and your order will be canceled. A restocking charge of 20% of your total order will apply.
• To avoid missed delivery, please make sure the address provided is correct.

Return & Exchange Policy
Eligible products for return
• Products returned due to quality issues or recall, meaning the product(s) you’ve received has expired, damaged during the transportation etc., resulting in failure to use or consume.The return period for fresh products placed online is within 24 hours after delivery.
• Products returned due to personal reasons and preferences.
How to return a product
• You may return a product to any Marche Newon in person. Click here for store and pickup locations.
• All products must be returned in new condition with original packaging and accessories. A full refund may not be issued if any accessories are missing.
• Due to food safety concerns, returns are not available for products under Produce, Meat, Seafood, Dairy & Frozen, Kitchen and Bakery category unless there is a quality issue.
Refunds
• All refunds will be returned to the payment method of your original payment within 7 business days.
